Booking conditions

1. Scope

The Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply unless the points below provide otherwise. As we let accommodation for a specific period, the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply (section 18 para. 1 no. 10 FAGG); the cancellation terms under point 5 apply instead. 2. Prices

The statutory visitor's tax and the additional costs are not included in the price. All current amounts are listed on the Prices page. Prices are subject to change; the price we confirm to you is the one that applies to your booking.

3. Minimum stay

The minimum stay is 3 nights, and 6 nights for arrivals between 25 and 31 December.

4. Booking and payment

The contract comes into effect once we confirm your booking by email. You pay by bank transfer in advance or in cash on site; we do not accept card payments. The payment terms for your booking are stated in our confirmation.

5. Cancellation terms

The cancellation periods of the AGBH 2006 apply, calculated from the confirmed total price. What counts is the day your cancellation reaches us (office@ferienhaus-huber.at). We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

• Up to 3 months before the day of arrival: free of charge.
• Up to 1 month before the day of arrival: 40 %.
• Up to 1 week before the day of arrival: 70 %.
• Within the last week and in case of no-show: 90 %.

6. Arrival and departure

Your apartment is ready from 2 pm, and earlier if it is already free. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 am. As we welcome you in person, please let us know your approximate time of arrival.

7. Dogs

Dogs are welcome. We charge a surcharge of 25 € for the final cleaning. Please register your dog when you book.
